2009 Theme "We Have A Better Place For You"  Prayer Request

Welcome To Unifour Church,

The name "Unifour" represents a four county geographic area located in North Carolina. It is the intent of this ministry to honor God as we discover, develop and demonstrate the love of God. We are committed to a Biblical focus for ministry. Our mission is based on God’s unconditional love for all people. We are an inclusive church with an inclusive message. We seek to connect with God’s love and share God’s love with everyone. Our vision is to take the next step in success as we experience God’s abundance and favor.
In our service, you will enjoy both contemporary and traditional Christian music. You will find people smiling, laughing and enjoying their faith. You will find people dressed casual and you will find people in their Sunday best. We have been able to create an atmosphere in which everyone feels at home regardless of how they come or where they come from.

You are invited to join us in our journey of faith. We have a comfortable and welcoming place for you.
In His Service,
Pastor Vaughn

If red is the color of passion, then Jon Scott’s hair perfectly reflects his soul and his purpose in life. Using his well-known vocal talent and conversational style of teaching, Jon seeks to give hope to the hurting and encouragement to everyone. He is a compassionate man, who merely wants the world to know of the passionate God that wants a true relationship with humanity. His ministry starts at home with his wife and children in Eatonton, Georgia. He is very involved in the lives of his children: Ashton, age 9, Brianna, age 7 and Gavin, age 1 month. Jon is quite fond of the traveling ministry. He loves the chance to meet and share with new people and to experience different styles of worship. His biggest goal with each place he comes to is to uplift the flock and to both uphold and reiterate the vision of the leader put in place there.

It is also important to note that though Jon acknowledges the expenses travel and ministry entails, he always names God as his source. To date, Jon has had the opportunity to share his talents and message with churches, hospitals, youth centers, and prisons in various cities and states, and even overseas in the United Kingdom. He has held many roles in ministry including youth pastor at New Life Worship Center in Byron, Georgia; vocalist, bass guitarist, and sound technician for Southern/Country Gospel group Latter Rain; and Senior Pastor of Lasting Joy Church International in Milledgeville Ga. and NOW Life church of Eatonton Ga., besides his solo career and those already mentioned. Besides the two Latter Rain projects, Travel Plans and Song of the Redeemed, he has also recorded a solo project titled All that Really Matters featuring songs like His Love is Strong, Is Anything too Hard for God?, and I’ll be Back. He followed that with a live praise and worship project titled Wake up the House along with worship leader Marcia Henry and the Judah Praise Team of Lasting Joy Church International, and has released his most current music project entitled Better Plan. Over the years, Jon has had the honor of sharing the stage with many talented groups and artists. These include groups such as The New Hinsons, Karen Peck and New River, Jeff and Sherri Easter, Brian Free and Assurance, The Crabb Family, The Steeles, The Freemans, Charles Johnson & the Revivers, The Ruppes, The Gold City Quartet, The Cathedral Quartet, Hovie Lister & the Statesmen, J.D. Sumner and the Stamps and The Martins. Other gifted individuals include Mike Warnke, Bishop Jim Swilley, Bishop Dennis Leonard, Pastor D.E. Paulk, Bishop Carlton Pearson, Dr. Michael Beckwith, Chuck Day, Clint Brown, Ronnie Hinson, Mark Payne, Rabbit Easter, Josh Martin, Mike Bowling, Jimmy Mayo, Byron Jones, Charles Bilingsley, Terry Tripp, and Michael English. More than anything, of course, Jon has enjoyed his personal relationship with a Father/God in whom he so faithfully trusts and believes.
