Community Lenten Services 2010 Hickory Area Ministers and Hickory Ministerial Alliance
Details · The services will begin promptly at 12:10 and conclude at 12:35 PM. · The preacher will be responsible for planning the entire service – including (if desired) special music, liturgy, and printed bulletin. · A light lunch will be served at the host church at 12:35 PM. Donations will be accepted. · Each week we should encourage those who have to be back at work by 1:00 to go through the lunch line first. Dr. Leon Stutzman March 25th - 26th
Dr. Leon Stutzman is a visionary leader and church planter. He began his ministry at the age of 15 and will be celebrating 42 years of preaching in 2010. Called "Doc" by most of his friends, he has earned Bachelor and Master's degrees in Theology and Doctorate of Ministry, from Vision International College and University. He has planted a number of churches, including Christ Cathedral, where he and his wife Connie have served as senior pastors for the last nineteen years. Dr. Stutzman is listed in Who's Who in Religion and has appeared both nationally and locally on Christian television. He is the author of four books; From the Ground Up, Spiritual Gifts, Order Out of Chaos, and most recently, Invisible Lines of Supply. Dr Stutzman serves as a spiritual and practical advisor to a number of churches and pastors, and is a mentor to a number of businesspersons.
